as stated...I use mine a lot....

I have found to be careful about the sugested times in the book....

I don't know if it's electric current or what...but I found I have to cook longer than the book says,....

plus...I use rubs...or injection sauces....

and...I've taken rolled roasts...and taken them out of the netting...added onions...garlic...spices and such..and netted them back up...

YUM!

I don't have my book any more. It must of got lost during our move. I'll probably find it one day when I don't need it. I know I didn't throw it away.

It could be that I am going to rush home to start chatting with her, or I could just want to talk to all of you fine people.
