Umm... actually umm... I'm actually not going to be here on Saturday to snatch my book from the mail carrier. Harry's going to have to wait. I mean, I've waited 2 years... I can wait a lil longer...

Princessa C! a ONE pound chicken?

we got pigeons around here bigger than that....

but anyway...15 to 18 minutes per pound for a whole chicken....

we've had a Ronco for many years now...with all the attachments....best thing we ever bought....

during football seson...slap some meat in..put some veggies in the steamer...set it...forget it..enjoy the game....

BP Oh okay, so the chicken was probably more like 4lbs then.. because it took about an hour to cook.

The Ronco is pretty nice. I just don't like cleaning it but it's so easy to use..

Well, Harry never offered to take me to Disney World. I just got tired of waiting on him really. I mean, c'mon... a girl can only take so much waiting. So I took someone else up on an offer.

Clean is my middle name...

btw, I did clean a few things today.. the bathroom!!! our closet!!! and our bedroom!!!

That was after I spent about 4hrs on the computer

and look...here I am on the computer again..

as stated...I use mine a lot....

I have found to be careful about the sugested times in the book....

I don't know if it's electric current or what...but I found I have to cook longer than the book says,....

plus...I use rubs...or injection sauces....

and...I've taken rolled roasts...and taken them out of the netting...added onions...garlic...spices and such..and netted them back up...

YUM!
