Which to me defines as

John takes the time and pays attention more than I ever will...he really knows his spices, I know salt and pepper.

I've heard that line before


well I guess there are some things we were meant to do and some we are not.

I think Roger and I are both on the same level when it comes to cooking. He can make some stuff sometimes. Sometimes it's good.

I know my cooking will never be up to John's standards

I am good at being a sous chef...if he directs me and stays right there with me I do ok...it's when he leaves me alone that I tend to get lost or forget what to do completely.

Now he has to pick a color...I don't have to hang around for that decision, he said he'll have that for me tomorrow...

His secretary said that I should make the final changes and NOT show it to him (that way he can't change his mind again) she knows him quite well. God Bless that woman. I could never work for him....he's loud and rude and literally expects you to jump the second he hollers for you...and I mean holler.

I work for his son and the general manager here, I can handle those two
