The gas price did go up here today by quite a lot

Gas is now almost $1.20 per litre which translates into $3.80 a gallon US$.(approximately)

I've read, tho I'm not sure how true it is, in GA some stations running out of gas are charging up to $6 a gallon!

Cally - I was up early this morning - head to work an hour earlier nowadays!

Robin - Gas in the US is still cheaper than Canada - guess I shouldn't complain...I'm willing to put up with more $$$ in the tank - it could be worse....I can't imagine being in New Orleans.

Betsy - sounds like you're having a good day!

TW - The only obscure band I listen to is the Christmas Album by the New Christie Minstrals.....they came out in the 60's. You can ask Tinknutt - most of the music I listen to is Christmas - all year long. Drives DH NUTS!

The visit went well. I'm back at my place though. And yes, those were taken from his place. Well, the night time ones were out at the beach. He's on the intracoastal.

It has never been tried to get everyone together.

We have had some small mini meets... I have met Ann and Tom and Kim and her family. Talked on the phone with MaMudduck ~~Wendy, who comes around less often these days since she got a new job.

I looked on the board....wouldn't want to get in on that discussion. Would only raise my blood pressure!!
