I couldn't get on the internet this morning because the cable was out because of (probably??) the big storm that we had this morning. Lots of thunder and lightening and hard rain!! Sorry for sending it your way Brer_Papa

And of course I was busy plotting revenge on someone

Then I had to take my daughter for her horse and carriage date. I am hoping for them that it doesn't storm anymore till after 7pm!

I have taken some pictures and I will try to post them in a few minutes.

We've had nothing but rain lately. Sorry it's visiting you now. My basement has seepage yet again, just when it finally had dried up again. Makes exercising difficult with puddles all over. Good news tho BP, it's not raining here anymore, it stopped about 10:30 I think, so wait a little while, and it should be over by you, too. Enjoy your GKs!!!

I see you all have had an eventful few days! I spent the last two days floating in a relative's pool. And if it's not too forward, I've got quite the tan going' on....LOL.

I also see that you've all had quite the time at mine and Sarah's expense....lol...."I'll get you my pretties"....

Sarah, you didn't scare me away......it's not THAT easy...LOL!

Well, it's been quite a strenuous few days spent on the floaties, so I'm probably going to head to bed. G'night all!

Yes, Kim, she enjoyed the experience. She said that she would do it again if they ever asked her to. They did get rained on a little bit but not too badly. They had a very large umbrella but I'm not sure if they used it. She didn't say much about the bride but she did say that one of the bridesmaids was her boyfriend's ex She said she got a few dirty looks but she doesn't really care.

You can't tell it from the pictures but when she lets her hair out of that bun it goes way down below her waist. She has very beautiful long hair. Here is a picture taken last year. Her hair is a good 6 - 8 inches longer by now.

Not to be outdone by his sister, this is a picture of my son Alex. His hair used to be a lot longer too but he cut it some to make it easier while he was going to nursing school.

You guys are gonna be sorry that I learned how to post pictures

I used to wear my hair down below my waist too, when I was a teenager. My hair was not blonde though, it was more the colour of my son's hair. His hair started out as very blonde actually when he was a baby and has darkened quite a lot over the years.

On the other hand, Liz's hair was dark as a baby and until about 1 year old and then turned very blonde and now is a darker blonde.

Interesting how that goes sometimes isn't it.

I was just outside on a frog and toad search and rescue mission.

The basement where I am sitting has below ground windows with window wells. Sometimes frogs and toads jump into the window wells and can't get out. When it is rainy weather they all sit at the window and look in at me It is kind of cute actually.

Well toads do okay in the window wells for awhile but frogs don't seem to fare as well. So since I saw a frog in there I went out and scooped him out and set him free!!!!

Actually it is not too bad out right now. A little cooler but damp because of the rain today.

Pretty quiet tonight. I was thinking of going upstairs and putting myself to sleep with some movie, either 13 going on 30, or How to Lose a Guy in 10 days. Love them both!

Well, it's 3:43 and we had a GOOOOOD Time! We karaoke'd all night. Having too much fun to play poker, but other than that, we did everything else on our list. In fact, my sister put an offer on a house - so we did more!

We're getting up at 8am to have b'fast (surprised?) before they hit the road, so I'm outta here!
