Who feels like a Thread-Killer? Part 2

The yolks were unbroken.....I am not a breakfast eater.......weekemds with the Grandkids is the only time breakfast and me go together...

so....I am in good golf company i see....
it is a very frustrating game....no matter how i try to figure the game...i seem to figure wrong.....

i even took my slide rule with me one time...i still sucked......

then? hmmm....a birkenstock putt?

and Kim.....mini-golf a gaillion times? I smell a challenge in that statement....of course you should give me a handicap....

btw....i found out the hard way yodeling is frowned upon on a golf course....

oh...thank you for the bon voyages....i should be back & posting thursday evening...the fort is in good hands....i'll miss you'se guys too....maybe I'll throw that stupd little white ball in your honor...FORE!

I call it "SKEET-GOLF"

Someone throws the stupid little white ball in the air...and a frustrated golfer blasts it with a 12 gauge....

Maybe you have a good idea there Brer_Papa I think we should invent a machine to launch those balls though. My pitching arm is pretty pitiful.

I'm willing to kill this thread again. Has anyone heard of "Frolf". I haven't played it, but I have a friend who really likes it. It's Frisbee golf. I've heard it's popular on night courses.

I come from a golfing family (father was a scratch handicapper) I don't play and neither does my husband. It took a while for him to be accepted into the fold!

well....South Carolina...wouldn't you know the Gulf Of Mexico would send a barnyard full of moisture to SC at the exact same time that I pick to visit SC...

there was rain....then some downpours...then a deluge....I was about to take my "woods" and start building an ark...well...except my 7 wood...that was a Christmas present a few years back...

somebody told me i have an accent...
I yodeled a "yo'dall" at him....he gave me a funny look and ran off....

a waitress persuaded me to "try the grits"....it looked like cream-of-wheat minus the milk....

I don't do cream-of-wheat...

I think there must have been blood between the corn farmers and the wheat farmers generations ago for all the arguing that took place...i stayed out of the argument...i was busy eating the rest of my meal...it was good....

A friend of mine named Jimmy went too...he's a good guy...we've been pals over 35 years....we made do despite the rain, downpour & deluge...

btw....he ate his grits....

i offered him a trade....a southern fried piece of chicken for my grits....he declined....

so....how have you been Cruisin'?
