"Kateri Angela" She was born at 2:12 am...Tues...14th...She weighs 7lbs. 12oz. 20 1/4 in. long.
Ill send a pic as soon as I can get one I havent seen her myself yet....Ill be going this afternoon .....

I went to see "Oceans 12" this afternoon. What a great movie. Not quite as clever as the first (in my opinion), but definately as much fun to watch.

My folks are picking DH & I up in 30 minutes. We're headed to my sister's place. Their community is putting on a Christmas play and our neice has the lead part. It was written by a teenagers and - I suspect - for teenagers. The title is the main clue.........."Jingle Bells, all kids smell"! Should be fun.

Tomorrow, after walking, I'm meeting a friend....she purchased white restaurant type napkins for me that I need for Christmas. Then DH and I are going to a dinner threatre to see a production of "A Christmas Carol". It should be great!

So what is everyone doing tonight? I watched this reality show last week called High School Reunion... It was drama from you know what... it comes on again tonight and I'll be watching it for more drama... Also watching Biggest Loser... Has anyone seen that show? Everytime I watch it it makes me want to run a mile... LOL ..

Back from the play. It was cute, but the audience was loud. Almost rude! It made it difficult to hear. Anyway, afterwards we all met up at a hamburger joing and I had a burger without the bun.

We're watching a movie right now and relaxing. I'm reading a book, too.

Morning... Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it's freezing here this morning... and guess what?!??!?!?! Our heater is broken!!!!!!!!!!! My poor toes are so coldbbrrr... But what a beautiful morning it is.....


I just called our housing office and the dude told me to call back at 8 and someone in the office would pick up... sheesh... they are suppose to have 24hr emergency service but I guess since it's so close to 8 (i called at 745) he didn't want to deal with it.... niceee... I can't wait til we find a house and move off base!!!

Where's my socks??????

BRRRRR here too today. Right now it is about 21 º with wind chill it feels like 10º. I'm betting it's a whole lot warmer where you are But at least my furnace is working

Good morning everybody!,
Happy hump day!(Wed.)

First off, I want to say thank you all, I went to see her yesterday and she is beautiful. Sorry no pictures yet....I cant believe it, but I forgot my video camera and my digital camera stopped working!
Lori(my DDIL) is a real baby maker!......She started having contractions at 12:20 am and She just got to the hosp. She popped the baby out in an hour!.....AN HOUR! ......(my first took 10 hrs. and my sec. took 8)AND Kateri looks like she is days old...not hrs. old..Not a crese or wrinkle on her perfectly rounded face ............
Sorry I know it sounds like a overly proud Grandma..

Well it is now 14 degrees out(Berrrrrr) and we have snow...The only good thing besides how pretty it looks from the inside looking out...is that it had made the ground frozen and Im not slipping in the mud anymore...easier on the horses now too....They were sinking down to there fetlocks! The snow helps keep them clean also....less time I have to brush them(that barn is COLD).

Big day yesterday(besides the baby)...We went out shopping (DH took the day off)and got each other our Christmas presents.......
I got a new camera...an Olympus digital, with an amazing zoom......Its not like the real small ones..I wanted a good zoom and you cant get that with the pocket ones....Its really nice! ...I just have to mess with it and figure it out.....but thats the fun part!
My DH got a air rifle...He likes to target shoot....He doesnt know it yet but he is getting some targets too.(under the tree)

.... oh thank goodness....housing office sent someone out and the heater is fixed... now i wonder how long it will take to warm the house back up...


Robin, right now it is 23 degrees, I have no idea what the wind chill is tho...but i can say this morning the grass was covered in frost... hopefully it will warm up tho the sun is coming out... Just saw on the news tho it's going to be another cold night... I'm so glad the heater is fixed...

Where are you going by the way......what stops and all.....I really loved St. Johns.....We didnt stay long enough though...

Well Im making cookie dough today for Christmas....Sugar, Gingerbread, peanutbutter with PB cups, instead of kisses....I wont be putting the candy on until I bake them though...next week sometime!

I hope you warm up quickly Cally!!!!

Betsy my first baby took 36 hours of labour with 10 hours at the hospital. Second one took 72 hours and only about 3 hours total at the hospital. I thought it was supposed to get easier as you had more , I always wondered how long a third one would have taken

We are leaving on Jan 1, driving to WDW to arrive on the 2nd (with a little stop along the way ) .

Staying at the POP Century the night of the 2nd and 3rd. Four day cruise from Jan 4-8 and then making a very quick trip back home again to be home on the 9th. We are going to Nassau, and Castaway Cay and a day at sea.

No theme parks planned for this trip but we are thinking of doing Pleasure Island the night of the 3rd. Sounds like a cool place.

We are very much looking forward to all of the trip.

Good Morning!
Very cold again here, In the teens.(although its suppose to get to 38 today).....My pond is finally frozen.....I had a muskrat in it ....I wonder if he stays when it freezes...havent seen him lately...thats ok he got rid of my cattails for me...he can go some place else now!

Well its my Thurs. lunch day...so Ill be going into town today....

I got two batches of peanut butter cookies, two batches of sugar, and two batches of oatmeal...done yesterday...Now all I have to do is the gingerbread and choc.chip...and Ill have my cookies all done(not the baking)....Ill bake them on wed. or Fri. next week.....I did bake the oatmeal because I didnt know if there dough would freeze well....I hope they stay nice in a airtight container for a week. If not Ill give them as hockey pucks

Well I better fly or Ill be behind all day!............I Hate that!
