Mine do not have stockings but they are spoiled enough.

I just bought Mischief a big scratching post with different levels and a little house on the top that she can get inside of.

Yes her name is really Mischief!!

And she lives up to that name perfectly

We started out by shortening it to Missy but she quickly went back to being called Mischief and we don't ever call her Missy anymore.

Good Morning everyone!
This is going to have to be quick......I have to copy a CD for my DIL, befor she drops off one of my DGSs...

First off ....THANK YOU! They are all great kids and I AM very proud of them....I love to have them visit. Its best with only a few at a time
I keep telling my DH if my sons have any more kids we will have to add on to my house and we are not even done building it.

My christmas tree is not up yet, but when it is Ill take a pic of it. I try to do different things every year...you know ...just white lights with gold and silver ...or blue lights with gold or silver and blue...last year they had these really nice purple lights I found so it was purple and blue lights.....
This year because of My five year old twin DGDs going to WDW with us ....Im pushing Disney to kind of sike them up a little. so Its going to be multi colored lights with all my disney stuff on the tree......I cant find any princess balls though...Wait I did find some , but they wanted $4 each for them ....I cant justify $4 per...I was hoping to find a whole box of 6 or so....Oh well. This can be my christmas quest
Well Better go now......Its Thurs. lunch day so I dont know if Ill make it back on until later this afternoon...So I hope you all have a good day.

Hi everyone!

I'm in the middle of sweeping the floors.......then mopping! Later, I think DH and I are going to pull the Christmas tree stuff down. I'm hoping I can talk DD into taking a picture of it to post on the board!

It's been a quiet day so far. My folks & DH & I are going out to dinner tonight. They wanted to buy us a steak for pressure washing their entire house. Isn't that nice?.........it was such a surprise when they said they wanted to do that. Heck, they coulddda gotten away with nothin!

Well, I need to scoot for now. Things to do!

PrincessaC - you don't like living on base? Before DH retired, we LOVED living on base. We didn't get to do it too often.........we ended up stationed in California a lot and base housing was 2 year wait list, so we skipped it. We lived on base in Patuxent River, MD and the last year in Sigonella, Sicily. It's nice because you have something in common with all of your neighbors! We had tons of fun. In Maryland, we had a weekly BBQ/Potluck with the three other neighbors in our quad......way cool! It's sure nice not to have to worry about electric bills! or mortgage payments! or trash bills! or water bills.....etc!

Anyway, I'll step off my podium!

We're waiting for the folks they should be here anytime and we're headed out for steaks baby!

Living on base has been a great experience. We've been on base for 6 years now.. DH's does not get his bah because we stay on base so we figured by buying a house it will be like the government paying for it w/ his bah..can't beat that. I mean I love the security of the base and being close to everything. These houses are not the best and are definately not worth the bah they are taking out of DH's pay. It's a whole mortgage payment! I'm ready to live in a real home. DH is in the Georgia ANG so we're here in Ga forever. Might as well have a home that the children can grow up in and remember. I never had that when I was growing up... Most of the subdivisions we've looked at are mostly military families anyways. So where ever we are we are still surrounded by the military community. It's nice...

I would of loved to live in Italy. Must of been nice. I've lived in Japan, Philippines, and all over the states, been to Korea but never lived there. DH on the other hand has been everywhere!
