Hi my ole buddy

What did you do on this fine Saturday. It was very very fine, although extremely windy here, how about in PA???

I ended up out and raking the leaves into Halloween bags to decorate a bit for tomorrow evening.

There was this little bird. I noticed it when I was raking. It was sitting on the ground watching me. It looked very young. I went over to it and put my hand down and it climbed right into my hand I think it might have blown from a nest because it didn't really fly yet. I looked but didn't see any nests in the trees that it could have come from.

I know it probably will end up not surviving but it was so cute and seemed so bright and inquisitive. I kind of shooed in through the fence into the neighbours yard and hopefully it does not become a cat treat. I will think happy thoughts and think that it's parents are around taking care of it. Chances are quite slim though, but what can you do about it

Ahoy Cruisin' ! friend-o-mine....

First..the weather here was glorious...low 70's.....a little breezy....sun shined most of the day....

I did volunteer work most of the day...supervised and articipated in a "Get Out The Vote" effort...

after I was done with that...hung out with some GK's.... PA rented "Garfield" for them......went out to dinner.....we raked and bagged leaves too...

now...relaxing...sipping coffee....going to have some cider shortly....

whooped the Lurkers in a tug-o-war....

stopped by here to bother..I mean...see you...

all in all...a good day...a great evening....

Sorry not doing too well yet!!!!! My numbers never come up.

I am still waiting to win the big lottery . I suppose it might help if I actually bought some tickets I think that Rick buys tickets with the guys at work on a regular basis but they aren't doing too well either obviously

Hi everyone!

It's been crazy down here in Florida. I swear, you can't swing a dead cat without hitting an election lawyer! Just kidding! Believe it or not, I haven't seen a single election lawyer. Hopefully there won't be a need! DH and I have been living at our election HQ for the past few days. When I got home this evening, I fell into bed for a nap - I just could NOT move!

Anyway, they don't open til noon tomorrow, so everyone has a chance to go to church if they wish. Monday & Tuesday, it's 7am til 7pm or later.

Like BrerPapa - I'm working to get that vote out. I wonder if we're working for the same candidate? No worries if we're not, I don't harbor ill feelings and just love BP too much to care! Besides, that man can sure put on a talent show - not to mention his stories!

Cruisin - I think you better check BP's BINGO card. He's using two bingo daubers - on in each hand. That means he's hiding another dauber - cause he's usually juggling. I'm guessing he's going to loose his all expenses paid trip to WDW. BTW, love the fridge!

Kim..........I haven't heard from you in a while. I'm glad to hear you're back with your exercise program. I haven't exercised since Monday and won't be doing anything til this election is over with. I guess one thing at a time. Miss you - and glad you're back with the crazy threadkillers!

TW - we haven't scared you off yet? I'm ever so glad! I, too, like your bat pic. I can never figure out how to do that - posting pictures. Believe me, some terrific threadkillers have tried to teach me, but it just doesn't work.

Luckymommy - so glad you had a fun trip. That's my kind of trip. DH and I had something fun like that when we went camping at WDW but didn't hit the parks. So relaxing.
