Between 9-11pm...Its going to turn orange/red. Just perfect for halloween dont you think? I am going to try to take a picture...Im not sure if I can get it with the camra I have though.
I am going to have to drink alot of coffee to stay up ....or take an afternoon nap. I dont know if I have the time for a nap though...and when I nap during the day somtimes it make me groggy for the rest of the day.
Anyway it should be cool to see.
OOPs I have to go feed my horses. I am an hour late......My bad!

Well it has been a wonderful day so far................

the fridge has died ..........................

my Mickey watch has died .........................

my tummy is crampy ....................................

my son has a sore throat ..........................

AND ................

we have to go to the inlaws for dinner tonight

I think I will go and make myself some tea and see if my tummy will settle down.

Still though, guess I have to go refrigerator shopping, this one is 20 years old so I suppose it has lived a good long life! It's a good thing we have a fridge in the garage.

I had some tea and a short nap and feel just a bit better right now.

My son came home from class saying he didn't feel all that great.

Now I don't know what to do about dinner at the inlaws tonight. Maybe I should cancel it. We scheduled it about a month ago because we were so busy we just couldn't find a time when we could all be available to go.

Hey DalPal do you think it could be something in that dinner that Brer_Papa (Santa?) fed us last night in the story???

CK-except for maybe getting the in-laws sick, I see an advantage to having someone cook for you since you're not up to par...
I agree with Dalpal, the fridge would be my excuse to go shopping!

I'll be out tonight looking for the eclipse-I'm going to see what kind of photos I can get from it too---last night I was taking a picture of my Batwing Mickey antenna topper with the full moon behind it...looks good in the camera, I have yet to download it to the pc for a real good look at it.

I am feeling much better this afternoon. Thanks. I went out to look at fridges but it is so mind boggling with all of the choices I was just going to pick one out on my own but maybe I will make my husband come along with me. First I have to measure how much height space I have available so I know which fridges I can even look at.

Until then, I guess we will be trekking into the garage for our cold stuff

Oh, yeah, I forgot about the eclipse. I will look for it tonight. It is suuuuuuccccch a beautiful day here today. I wish we could keep this weather for the next month or 2 , the temp is in the mid 60's. Sunshine , wonderful

Speaking of nice weather, I think I will go out and enjoy a bit of it before we leave for dinner.

Between the drink orders and the salad...a CM came to the TK-ers table and whispered in BP's ear....

BP said..."SURE! Happy to oblige!"

and then BP addressed the table....

"Hey TK-ers....we all need to scooch over a bit....we need to set another place setting...we have a new guest to sit with us! "

BP turned to the door...waiting expectantly for the new arrival....

within minutes...a CM came through the doors with a new TK-er in tow....

BP made the introductions....

"Everybody! Let me introduce TiggerWannaBe! TiggerWannaBe...Everybody! ....and ths fellow...is He's new here too....have a seat....enjoy yourself TiggerWannaBe....."

Just then...the salad was served....

Robin - I hope you feel better soon. I totally loved your get well card, so all I can add is.............DITTO! Hope you get a great fridge.....at least you have a spare. We'd be out of luck! However, the benefit to not having a second fridge is if it goes caput, you HAVE to eat all the ice cream!

tiggerwannabe - we'll have to shorten you on the Threadkillers thread - how about TW? Anyway, TW, SO glad you stopped by again! Hope the car repairs went well!

DalPal - the last time I stayed up for a lunar eclipse I was about eleven years old, living in Albequerque, NM. My folks took the kids to an all night drive in theatre out near the desert in their Nash Rambler. He popped popcorn and we had it in paper sacks (remember how GOOD that was?) and we watched "The Great Waldo Pepper" starring a very young Robert Redford. Isn't it funny how you can sometimes remember those details!? Anyway, it was great. Dad & Mom thought it was a terrific thing for a kid to see.

Santa (oops!) I mean, BP. Hallmark has nothing on you! I should know, I used to be a rep for them for the Wal-Mart chain! That was a fun job. I used to wear shorts to work every day. How are your eyes. Isn't this the second time in a row you hurt them? First with Harriet in leather then lookin at Cruisin's post? You gotta take care of yourself - your annual sleigh (oops!) ride is coming up!

Well, I just got home from volunteering all day. It'll be like this every day. So, I've got to get some regular stuff done. Ya'll take care and I'll see you around the boards later! Ann
