Hello, everbody!!!

Ahhh, a beautiful morning here in the Pine Tree State, the kind of day that makes you glad to be alive!

I did my WATP yesterday - and realized I'm starting to memorize Leslie's comments throughout the tape ("Feels so good to sweat, sweat, sweat!" "Alton! Seventies!") Wow. Maybe it's time to try another tape? Nah. This one's still TOO MUCH FUN! :Pinkbounc

I have to tell you, you WISHers are all such a positive force in my life - your determination is a powerful thing! I love it!!! I think sometimes we forget to pat ourselves on the back for the good choices we make every day, because we just get used to making them. DON'T FORGET! You're all remarkable and special people! You've made the choice to get out there and get active! CELEBRATE yourself!!! :smooth:

So tell it here! What did you do yesterday? And are you patting yourself on the back?!?

good morning - beautiful day here in central MA - suppose to be real hot the next 2 days
Sat DS & I leave for Maine camping - Im stopping once we get there for fruits & yogurt. Having an ice cream social Mon night and I want to be armed with my yogurt!

Yesterday only walked twice around the gerbil track but I did mow for over 2hrs!
 
I did! I wasn't going to because I was having a lazy day but I felt so guilty about being lazy around dinner time that I did the 3 mile WATP. I was glad I did. I guess I'm falling into a routine that I don't want to ruin which is great!

It's finally beautiful outside with no rain so I plan to go walking today in the fresh air with my 2 year old daughter. :D Have a great day everyone!
 
I know that I sound like a broken record. I did my usual 50 minutes on the treadmill. I hope that you all have a wonderful day and thanks for giving us a place to write out what we did accomplish the day before.

Memorizing the comments on the tape, I'd have to say that marks you as a very dedicated WATPer!:smooth:

Yesterday I did my bicep and back workout, forgot to do my ab routine (d'oh!) and ran 4 miles a little bit faster than I ran 4 miles last week (nowhere near breaking any records, but I was racing against myself!) My goal is to pick up speed just a little every time I run in the future! So far, so good, the knees have not betrayed me! ;)

Oh, I forgot! I also cleaned the patio (that was a calorie burning job with lots of scrubbing, sweeping and furniture moving) and I mowed the back and side yards, which took about 25-35 minutes!) ;)

Woohoo!! I was afraid I was going to drop the ball last night since I took Tuesday off, but I got back on that exercise bike despite being tired last night! Only did 2.25 miles on the exercise bike and about 5-10 minutes of misc stretching (including a couple of situps for Beastlover ;) ), but I at least got back into it! Tonight I hope to do some Tai Chi. :)
 
I did WATP 4 mile express tape and my Ab Blaster tape, then in the evening I walked with my grandson for what seemed like hours! Great job to everyone!
 
yesterday but at the start of my day I did get in 30 mins pilates/30 mins yoga

does carting a small dog to the State Fair count?:smooth:
 
I decided to switch things up a little bit yesterday so I did TaeBo for the 1st time in about a year. Boy, it must use some different muscles than I'm used to because I'm sore today!
 
Once again I waited for the kids to go to bed and then I did the 2 mile WATP tape.

(Beginning to sound like a broken record).
