Who exercised yesterday 9/3??

I did the evening mile WATP when I got home from school at 10 last night. I was so tired but I knew I would feel worse if I didn't get any exercise in at all. I also did some abs work before I went to bed.
 
mo, i'm so impressed with WATP at 10 p.m.!!! girlfriend I was in my jammies :)

that will inspire me - i'm trying to get my DDs to do the miracle mile and/or yoga with me a couple evenings a week! tonight we have a thingie at school, but next week when i'm trying to motivate myself to do that in the evenings I will think of you!!

anyhow - yesterday I jogged 2.5 miles and did 20 mins of hand weights/crunchers. I could feel an achiness in some of my upper body muscles this morning to so must've done good :)
 

I did - twice! Walked for 40 minutes (2 miles) and worked out at Curves. Let's keep moving!
 
I did! DH and I walk every weekday morning at 4:15 (1 mile) and walked again after work 1 mile and did Escape your Shape for 30 minutes.
 
I managed to walk yesterday morning before work, but it was hard! I had to do it before my husband left for work at 6:00 a.m. so someone was home with the kids and it was DARK outside! I was scared... :eek:
 
I did! I did WATP 3miles tape with weights and a firm ab workout. Then in the evening I did the WATP 4 miles express tape. Got to love those WATP tapes! Great job to all that workout, especailly those who are so devoted to get up early in the morning, you really keep me motivated!
 
And the winner is....WATP!! :Pinkbounc WOW!! Those must be great workouts!! Its great to see how devoted you are to those!! Great job everyone!!
Me, I did my 1 hour Pilates video--THAT seems to kick my butt but GOOD!!!

Hi all,

I did my first full FIRM workout last night. It actually felt easy and I didn't feel like I worked out when I did it. My upper Thighs are sore today though!

DH and I went on a date last night, dinner and movie. Dinner was great (naked wings [hot] at Hooters and salad). Movie was okay (Open Range with Kevin Kostner).

We didn't make it home until 10:30, but I still did my 2 mile WATP and didn't finish until after 11:00. Needless to say it was almost midnight before I felt like going to bed.
