Hi folks,
Since I am here and didn't see this thread yet, of course I had to ask before I fall asleep. I did finish just now- 40 minutes on that crazy contraption mult-rider thingy from the mid 90's. I can't wait until Treadmill Man arrives on Friday morning to fix the darn thing.:p I also managed 100 crunches instead of 75, but had to ditch the flutter kicks because it was killing my lower back-getting old for that Navy Seal style stuff
See you tomorrow, because yes Scarlet, tomorrow is another day.......(fade picture to crescendo da-da da-da......:duck:

100 crunches......i'm lucky if i can do 20, i'm so jealous!

I did the weight circuit at the gym and walked the treadmill for 3 miles at an incline of 12....my thighs are burnin!

I did the walk and jog WATP tape, its a half of an hour and Leslie says that you are travelling about 2 and 1/2 miles, then I did the muscle mile one tape, this is a one mile walk while using light weights.

I only did 2 miles at the track, my friend and I were both late and pressed for time. Hopefully my motivation will hold out and I will get in the long 45 minute Tae-Bo video Thursday after everyone is asleep!

:wizard: :wizard: lots of pixie dust for motivation!!!

A morning workout at Curves and an afternoon walk during my lunch hour. In the PM I went food shopping and bringing it home counts considering I have to unload the car, carry everything up the steps of the apt. building, struggle with the double doors, and then struggle with our 1927 elevator - a heavy outer door and a gate inner door, lol. I have to figure out the calorie burning on that one!

Two workouts for me, jogging for 40 minutes in the morning, and a Curves workout before dinner.

Great job, one and all!

I did 25 mins of pilates and 1/2 hour of cardio on the elliptical. Man that felt good!

Keep the Faith!
Tracy

I did!! I walked 13 minutes on the treadmill, did 10 minutes on the bike, then did 2 leg and 2 arm machines.

I did the FIRM Maximum Cardio Burn plus abs and ran up and down the stairs 6 times.
