I did another 2 miles on the treadmill while I was reading for class.
 
I did the 4 mile WATP's Express last night.

Me!!

I actually got up and went for a walk in the cold, pitch black early morning! It was a bit scarey but felt good (my heartrate was probably up more than usual)! :D
 

I spent about 40 mins. on the stepper, and I walked for about an hour.
 
I did some lap swimming while my DD was having her swimming lesson! (I usually sit and read a book and eat a snack - so I felt doubly virtuous!)
 
Catherine - 40 minutes on a stepper??? I would have passed out - you go, girl!!

Pedometer = 10,800 steps yesterday, including WATP 3 mile (without weights) before I left for work.
 
I did WATP 1 mile plus some additional strength training. I am so envious of all of you. I wish I could do as much as you guys do. Because of some neck and shoulder muscle problems I have to take exercising slowly. I was doing really well a couple of months ago, but then I taught vacation bible school for my church and got out of my regular routine and didn't get back to it. But I'm trying to start fresh again and joining WISH is really helping me get on track. Good work everybody!
 
I did the first 1.5 miles of my WATP tape. Tonight I will do all 3 because DH bought me the stretchie band and I want to give it a try.
 
I did! I did the 3 mile WATP and Winsor Pilates for upper body!

Me! I have some catching up to do here. As usual, I haven't been on line much lately.

Sun. 9/21 - Clean-up & packing up from our tag sale on Sat. Not formal exercise, but a lot of hard physical work!
Mon. 9/22 - Went to the Big E (Eastern States Exposition) & walked around the fairgrounds for 10 hrs. Wish my pedometer was working because I would love to know how far I walked!
Tues. 9/22 - Bowled 3 games.
Wed. 9/23 - Walked 2.5 miles on the "uphill route" around the neighborhood with DH. Gotta get those walking legs ready for WDW! :teeth:

I'm walking a lot more at work and did Curves for 40 minutes after work!!
