Who exercised today????


I did the FIRM Cardio Sculpt.

Who's next.............
 
Got my walk around the 'hood in so far. Busy day with last day of school festivities, but I think I may get to the gym after 5th grade graduation. I'm trying to exercise in half hour increments, at least twice/day, preferably 3. We'll see how it goes. Get moving everybody!

Got to the gym! Did 40 mins on EFX. Man that felt good.:bounce:
 
I did :) this morning I did 40 mins of intervals with Kathy Smith and then the 20 min upper body workout
 

I did a mile on the treadmill in about 12 minutes. Unfortunately, I hit the STOP button as I was trying to decrease my speed a bit! :rolleyes: So, I did some stomach crunches and some arm weights. Not as good of a workout as I've been doing, but still....I did SOMETHING! :D
 
took my 1/2hr morning walk before mowing the front yard (and digging up a bush)
then I went in to work 1230-8
 
I did the frim Maximum Cardio burn plus abs!!!!!!
 
I did :teeth: 16 minutes jogging/14 minutes walking! That 5K is getting closer! :teeth: Great job everyone - keep moving! :hyper:
 
I went for a really long walk this evening. I had to go pee pee really bad so it felt even longer. :teeth: So an hour of brisk walking.
 
Just the 2 mile WATP video for me today. My schedule got interrupted by my neighbor. :( I planned on doing the 3 mile since I'm taking tomorrow off and, I needed to start dinner so, my exercise time got cut. :rolleyes:

Well, I'm way late posting this, but I did Firm Cardio Burn. First time with that one, fun stuff!

Any other night owls?
 
I went to yoga class (90 min). Ommmmmm.
 
I walked for a half of an hour at lunch time, we had beautiful weather.
I think next week when I get back from vacation I am going to walk one more block during my walk, I can go so much further in my half of an hour than I could before.
 
I did 2 miles on the TM


Anyone else?
 
DH and I walked 5 miles and ran 2 miles in the morning. Total steps = 13,332. Then I did an ab and arm workout.

In the evening I rode the bike for 60 min. (26 miles)

Anyone else for yesterday? :sunny:
