:wave: I squeezed in another workout after work today, 50 minutes of cardio, mostly on the elliptical with the last 15 on the treadmill. My legs hurt from yesterday so I only stayed at the 10% incline for 5 min. the rest of the time was at a 5% incline.

Next?
 
got up early (again! 6am this time!) and ran 4.5 miles before work. whew. and now i feel like i'm going to pass out at my desk! tonight will definitely be an early to bed night!
 
I did a new Fit to the Hits: Rock music DVD. It was pretty fun.

Congrats to everyone who got moving today! I did Firm's Cardio Sculpt--then I cleaned my downstairs (I'm counting that too)! Great job everybody!:)
 

I'm in too! I did a 1 hour cycle class (spinning) before work today. So much fun!
 
i went to a water aerobics class at the Y -- it's a great workout!
 
I did my pilates. Only 20 mins, but it was a killer! I think I'll do 20 more before bed. (I just got a new DVD and it is the A.M. / P.M. Plates workout. The A.M portion is a nice little boost, but the P.M. really makes you want to go to sleep. After a nice hot shower of course. UMMM. :) )

Yup! I did another P.M. pilates. I did sleep exceptionally well. :)

I did the beginner pilates routine and 1.25 miles on the treadmill.
 
Just finished an "old" Kathy Smith Aerobic tape - 30 minutes and again the 10 minute WATP toning, might also try to squeeze in the 1 mile WATP after Survivor tonight....but that's a BIG maybe! :rolleyes:
 
I am excited to be able to post here today! I had a one hour tennis lesson with two other ladies. It was quite a workout! My heart was definitely beating fast, and I was sweating. I hope to do this a couple times per week.

I did the weight circuit at the Y (first time by myself and I didn't break anything) and then I walked a mile on the treadmill and swam 4 laps in the pool. Early to bed for me tonight.
 
Congrats to all who exercised today! WTG, A - I hope you are able to play tennis twice a week. What a fun way to exercise.

I am barely making it under the wire for the day and just completed 7 miles on my exercise bike.
 
40 minutes on the threadmill for me, set on medium incline.
 
Finally, the 2 mile WATP video came and, I did that, minus the Gatorade weights, until I get used to the routine. :teeth:
 
DH and I hit the treadmills. I ran 3 miles and increased my speed, taking 45sec. off my time (26:15). Then I walked a 5min. cool down at 4mph. I'm so glad I'll be in shape when track season starts is about a month. I haven't really been running much (until recently) since CC season ended. I love running with the kids!
 
One hour on bikes and treadmill (45 min at target heart rate) , 50 min weight training class and 50 min of water aerobics (which was a hoot)

I am so happy I have found the Community College Phys Ed. Dept.
 
Walked a total of about 25 blocks and went to Curves.
