:wave: I considered skipping my workout again today because of this head cold I have, but since I didn't make it to the gym yesterday I thought I would go today. I managed 45 min. on the elliptical, but that is about all I could do. I do admit I did feel better afterwards, but my nose is stuffing back up again.

Who else exercised today?
 
Morning(afternoon) Tiggerlover, and I do hope you're feeling better soon! I did 4 Mile WATP this morning. Who's next....?:)
 
Tiggerlover, sorry to hear your not feeling well. I hope you get better soon.
LMD's- Way to go! We are doing so well keeping up with our exercises.

I did the FIRM Maximum Cardio Burn and ran up and down the stairs 7 times. Boy are my upper arms achy today. Go figure, the Maximum Cardio burns uses no weights, except some of the sculpting stick.
 
Tiggerlover - you are a real trouper to work out with a head cold. Good for you!

Today I did the FIRM cardio sculpt for 30 minutes. I decided to cut back on the 55 minutes I was doing. I think it's a little to much at my weight. But once I hit onederland then it's back to the whole workout for me.
 

Hi everyone, Great job sticking to the exercise when you aren't feeling well. That's especially hard to do.

I managed 45 minutes on the treadmill today at a moderate pace, but every lap I decided to increase the incline. Two thirds of the way through I started backing off again to bring my heartrate down. It felt good- this is just my 4th day of exercise since starting out, but I've managed so far. Now that I know I can check in here, then I can get motivated on days I would rather skip the workout. I have also ditched the caffinated drinks cold turkey, so the headaches haven't been pleasant but they are decreasing every day.

Thanks for the encouragement.
 
Tiggerlover- You must mean business if you're working out sick. I hope you're feeling better soon.
I did Tae-Bo this morning. I usually do the older basic Tae-Bo, but today I did the inspirational one for the first time. I almost cried during the workout because it was so hard for me. Okay, I'll admit, I did cry a little. But I'm glad I made it through it.:teeth: I'm sure once I learn the routine then it won't be as hard.
 
I, too, spent the morning with Taebo. I went shopping this afternoon and bought The Firm. I'm looking forward to trying it in the morning.

Ran out of time at work today, so went to work out early. It was really quiet, but I had a great time anyway.........
 
Almost didn't get my workout in, as DS was trying to crawl between my legs as I was "trying" to WATP... Did get the 2 mile and 10 min. Tone up in, as well as 15 minute upper body workout done.
 
I finally "graduated" to the 3-mile WATP video yesterday, WOW...MUCH better workout than the 2-mile one!!! :teeth:

I want to buy the 4-mile one next...but I'm anxious for spring to get here so I can get back OUTSIDE and walk...plus I'm going to buy a new bike in the spring too so I'm looking forward to using that as well.
 
I love tuesday and thursdays.

30 min on bike at Cardio HR. 12 min on treadmill at 4 mph. 50 min of weight training and 50 min water aerobics. Since weight training and water aerobics are credit courses I am motivated by keeping up my GPA.

Now if there was something to get me going M-W-F.
 
40 minutes of jogging (2.8 miles) for me.

Right there with ya Tiggerlove.....it stinks having a cold and having to decide to work out or not. I skipped 2 days and have spent the last 2 days trying to make up.

I did the weight circuit at the gym and walked/jogged 3.5 miles on the treadmill.
 
50 minutes on the treadmill at a medium incline for me.
 
I just got home from my 3rd workout at Curves this week! Finally back on track!!!!
