yesterday - i took the day off. oops! why I am here?? my bad!
Slow day for me I only got my mile in during the afternoon. I came home with a headache after work so that kept me from my evening work out.
I will do better today!!!!
Me! 30 min on Gazelle. also did it Wed. tues we bowled 3 games, & Mon was another 30 min Gazelle day.
Fri DH & I walked 2 mi. outside to burn off that Halloween candy I cheated with!
Today we're off to NYC by train to visit MIL, so we will be doing a lot of walking all day!
