I did, sort of. I walked at the gym with DH for an hour. We went at a bit of a stroll, though. DH just resumed his routine and we are taking it a bit slower than I am accustomed to, but I really don't want him to have joint of back pain, and give up. I figure we'll be back up to speed in a month. In the mean time, I try to sqeeze in some strength training in the AM. (when everyone is still sleeping. It isn't a pretty sight! LOL!)
