I did the one mile muscle walk in the afternoon and the 2 mile WATP tape in the evening.

15 Minutes on the tread mill::yes::

Still not feeling great but, I managed to do the 2 mile WATP video.

I worked out with one of the new Taebo tapes for 42 minutes and did 6 minutes of ab work.

Took a one mile walk on my lunch hour....every little bit helps!

walked 10x's around the indoor mall - took almost an hr - about 9,000 steps on the pedometer - got my other 1,000 steps when I got back home

I went and met with a trainer at Ballys for my 1st workout - I did 30 minutes on a treadmile, 5 minutes on a bike, then leg and arm work with a bar.....it beat my butt!

I exercised, after getting up to take oldest DD to school where we were a half hour late as always only to realize that school was closed lol :0 , having our house in an uproar last week really turned me upside down! Later oldest DD wanted to play a comp. game while little DD was napping so I Worked out with Billy Blanks (old Tae Boe video!) for 45 minutes and then did some misc. crunches after. Congrats to all who exercised :)

I did exercise late on Monday night, and it kept me from sleeping well, but I couldn't stand the thought of breaking my week long streak! My treadmill is out of commission, so I had to drag out this old multi-rider thing I bought about 10 years ago. I used that for about 40 minutes, alternating between reps with resistance and no resistance, as I am not feeling very strong. As it turns out, it was a killer workout for my legs, which usually don't hurt but are sore today. I was skeptical about the multi-rider, but I did manage to lose 20 lbs when I first bought it and used it every day, so I can't argue about it being a little dated or cheap.;) But I will be glad when my treadmill is fixed on Friday.

Hopefully will be able to check in on the Feb. 17th thread to say I continued my exercise streak...:hyper:

It was raining lightly in the morning, so instead of running, I tried out my new Kathy Smith Timesaver Cardio Fat Burner DVD. It was a good workout, a solid 40 minutes of pretty active movement. I also made it to Curves in the evening.

I tried to do a taped exercise show (the one on Lifetime in the AM), but my kids decided to run around me, through my legs, and pull on my shirt. That lasted for 10 minutes. When DH came home I rode my recumbant bike for 30 minutes. I plan on doing the same tonight when DH comes home.

I did the WATP 1 mile tape with weights and my Pilates cooldown. I also finally have enough leg strength to add 2 more exercises to my Pilates routine. Its about time too.
