Who exercised Monday 2/9?

:wave: I had an early start today so my exercise is behind me. I did 50 minutes of cardio (begrudgingly today). How about you, have you gotten your exercise in for today?
 
Good morning (afternoon) Tiggerlover!:sunny: I was up extra early today and did The Firm's Cardio Sculpt video--I'm glad I'm done for the day...now on to cleaning ds8's room and bath!:crazy2: Great job getting your cardio in--50 minutes is terrific! Have a great day, and a big CONGRATS to everyone who got moving!
 
I did a 2 mile Walk Aerobic DVD and then 8 mins in the morning exercises. I need to keep it moderate this week, i'm fighting a sinus cold:(
 
I just finished up 35 min. on the treadmill, after a water break, I'm going to do my 8 min. in morning, squats, crunches, push ups and jumping jacks. I have got to work up a schedule to alternate some of my misc. exercises so that I don't get burned out. That is on my to do list today:D .
 

I did the 20 min Winsor Pilates this morning. I will do cardio before WISH chat tonight.

I did 30 minutes of Cardio Blast. I plan on doing some raking this morning if the weather holds out.

I did the weight circuit at the gym again.....a little over a mile on the treadmill and decided to give the recumbent (sp?) bike a try for a little over a mile, boy was that one tough! Now I need a nap.:wave:
 
i'm so jealous!!! you all have your workouts done!!
i'm off to teach aerobics once the school day is finished...sometimes it is HARD to have the energy after work to go workout. BUT have to remember i ALWAYS feel better after!!!!

did you come up this weekend??? we were in the hospital all weekend!!! my new baby niece was born::hyper: she's beautiful!!!!!
 
Did a Curves workout and then did a 15 block walk.
 
Did my 30min Curves this morning, and then had 4 1st workouts, and did each machine once for those ladies....It's harder now that I work there to do my own workout, so I do it at 7 when I open with the 7am group...I never have 1st work outs that early so it works good!....

I did the entire 55 minute FIRM cardio work out this afternoon since I was home from work today. Yea me!! Congrats to everyone else that has worked out today.
 
I am happy to post that I had a one hour tennis lesson, and will be counting that as exercise for today. I had a great time!!!!!
 
Did 50 minutes on the eliptical machine! Yeah for me! It felt so good!

I did the beginner pilates routine and walked about 1.2 miles.
 
I did 50 minutes at Curves!!

We're supposed to do only 2 times around the circuit now- but I don't really feel like I've 'worked out' unless I do my 2 1/2 times around. :teeth:
 
Did my 1 mile WATP tape with weights this evening followed by my usual pilates cooldown. A nice way to end the night.

I did 1 mile on the Gazelle - was sick all last week, and still a little run down, but wanted to do something!
 
A hour on the treadmill for me, medium incline.
I remember not too long ago when doing 15 minutes with no incline was all I could do, what a great feeling to be able to exercise more and it actually enjoy it!
