Who exercised Monday 2/9?

I did the 3 mile WATP's and ran up and down the stairs 7 times.
 
I did, but only half-heartedly...:( I had a killer headache and Monday is a weight-lifting day for me. It was quite a struggle to concentrate....but I figure SOMETHING is better than NOTHING! :rolleyes:
 
Two workouts for me, 40 minutes of jogging in the morning, and Curves after work.

Great job, everyone! Way to start the week off right! :teeth:
 
I did the BILLY BLANKS TAE BO 8 MINUTE WORKOUT!

INTENSE!

I had no time for nothing else yesterday as DH and I had business things to do before I took him to work and I was going to be out til I picked him up. I work out better in the afternoon and wanted to get my workout done by then. I'm so glad I did it. I think it's time I step up to my TAE BO 1 HOUR workout as the 30 minute is getting a bit easy. :p
