I finally got back on the exercise wagon. I did WATP Walk With Me. Boy is a mile tough after you haven't been working out faithfully. Today I'm not doing my weight training b/c I'm setting up the xmas displays at work tonight for 6hrs. I think that will be quite enough weight training.
