DH and did the WATP at 11:00 p.m. last night. He was tired from a stressful day at work and only wanted to do the 1 mile. After we were done, he commented that he likes the 2 mile better. Only 9 more minutes, and a much better workout! Yea!
I did, I took our dog (Belle) for a 45min. walk! It was great for both of us! It is my new goal to be able to post on these exercise threads at least 3 times a week.
I did my whole 2nd session at Curves, and they're already warning me that I should come in every OTHER day... not EVERY day.
I'm still a bit slow moving from station to station, but I'll get the hang of it........
