Who else is upset about Bernard not being in SC3??

My DSis13 LOVES David Krumholz and watches SC1 and 2 just for Bernard. She was so mad that he won't be in the 3rd one (and to add insult to injury, Curtis took his job as Head Elf!) that she has boycotted. She won't even watch the commercials. it's quite funny.

i know! i was like "Curtis!?!?! CURTIS!?!? HE'S NOT A REAL ELF! REAL ELVES DON'T GROW TALLER THAN SANTA!" i hated Curtis in the second movie.

Bernard is not in the movie. We saw it last night. It was ok, kind of choppy. Martin Short was good but certainly not as funny as he can be, although he plays a bad guy so that is probably why.

i can't believe Curtis is the head elf. how did they explain him looking older in this movie than in the last one? elves don't grow like that in only a few years.

They didn't and he didn't look all that old. He is a horrible actor though. I don't think he was taller then Tim Allen. The best part of the movie though are the outtakes at the end. I am glad we only paid $4 to see this. The kids though it was ok. Does anyone know if Alan Arkin had a stroke or something. It seemed like he forgot his lines half the time.

Thats it. No getting into to deep like how he became head elf or what happened to Bernard.

Yep, I liked Bernard in the last 2, I thought he was great.

But really, the movie was fine without him. DS was cracking up through a lot of it, and that is worth my $16.00 for the 3 of us.

i don't like it in sequels when they don't explain things. it makes it feel like "oh ok nothing happened, just ignore it!"

like i said, MAYBE i'll rent it when it comes out, but i'm not paying good money for it. i don't really like Martin Short anyway.

is Charlie even in the movie?? Santa's son?? from the previews it doesn't look like it. i know his wife is in it, but i haven't seen Charlie or the daughter of his ex-wife either.
