Because this is awesome.

Example: There should be an Amber Alert for Judy Winslow

Judy was Carl and Harriette’s youngest child. For no apparent reason and with no explanation whatsoever, she suddenly disappeared from the face of the show. I would think I’m crazy and made her up in my mind but there are four seasons worth of footage that proves her existence. Now, I’m really disturbed because I have to question what type of parents and siblings the Winslows are. I mean, does anybody in that family care? A daughter and sister vanishes in thin air and nobody speaks a word about it? That’s awfully fishy. I personally think something shady went down and with Carl’s position in law enforcement, he could cover some things up if necessary. Just a conspiracy theory of mine. Remember the old ads that said “It’s 10pm, do you know where your children are?” Well, clearly the Winslow family makes an effort to ignore and disregard those public service announcements.

Anyone who watched even a little ER knows that Kerry Weaver is essentially Dr. House with red hair and a ******.

TGIF’s 1995 lineup of Family Matters, Boy Meets World, Step By Step & Hangin’ With Mr. Cooper was marvelous (Dinosaurs was also in there at some point). Never again will a late night schedule be good enough to keep you home on a Friday night. I believe this is why so many of us get slammered drunk on Friday nights. As a coping mechanism to block out memories of the greatness that used to be Friday evenings. I’ve tried to stay in and watch the malarkey that comes on currently and all I can say is… Stay thirsty, my friends.

This is so true!!

I think the daughter on Boy Meets World disappeared too! What happened to all these poor, lost children?

LMAO... I've actually been watching Full House and Family Matters lately when I'm up nursing DS. :lmao:

Edited to add I can't stop reading that blog!

On an unrelated note, did anyone else realize Danny Tanner was 30 on the show, and Uncle Jesse (::swoon::) was 26?? That just seems so odd to me!

:lmao:

Now I will have to read the rest.

Re: boy meets world. I think they brought her back in another season, didn't they. I recall some show that did that and it was a running gag for most of the return season.

They did bring her back with a joke about a time out. Judy Winslow didn't fare as well. She became an adult film star IRL.

OMG, I didn't realize the OP had a link. I'm moving kinda slow today. LOL
Technically, I didn't come of age in the 90's, but I did graduate high school in 1991, so I know a lot of these things.
Some I know from my own experiences, like Saved by the Bell and others I know from having children in the 90's, like The Beets being a great band. Thanks for the link, I'm enjoying this.

Not that Barney’s race is important or relevant at all, but… nothing about the purple dinosaur indicated that he was black. If you didn’t already know this then you have to be surprised to find out. I don’t think there’s a single person in the world who watched Barney in action and even considered the fact that he may be African American. This shocked me. It blew my mind. It rocked my world… and it made me go to IMDB.com to make sure it was true. It is. The dude’s name is David Joyner and he’s definitely a black guy.

I actually knew this one. He was a teacher at an acting school I went to in 1990.

So is Elmo! I remember seeing aBarbara Walters interview with Kevin Clash, and he did the Elmo voice... it was surreal! He's kinda cute, so I didn't mind! ;)
