Who Dresses up for the MSSHP???

Are there parents out there that dress up?? Are there rules to what you are allowed to wear (someone told me you cant wear disney costumes). Help!!

We have been lots of times, and while we have never worn costumes lots and lots of familys do. We do halloween t-shirts but I would say 50% of familys wear costumes.

We went last year and had a blast. I think the rules are you can't wear anything that will scare a little kid and you can't wear anything that will have others mistake you as a WDW cast member.

We didn't dress up last year b/c we just weren't sure what to expect, but we are dressing up this year.

I've read a lot of different posts regarding MNSSHP and I've found that there are more people than you think that actually dress up. I have'nt heard of any restrictions, I'm sure they don't want you scaring the kiddies. But I read some moms dressing as "The Queen of Hearts", "Alice in Wonderland" so I doubt they have a rule about Disney costumes. But I'm just making a guess. GOOD LUCK!! And I hope you decide to dress up!!! My husband and I are going to be in Disney Sept 8-15 so we are going to miss MNSSHP BUT if we were going, I WOULD definitely dress up!!!!! GO AND HAVE SOME FUN!! DRESS UP!!! IT"S DISNEY WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!
