Sign me and hubby up for two votes for Bush. It takes more than four months in Vietnam to convince me that you are worthy of the presidency. And, being absent from the Senate Intelligence Committe meetings a total of 76 percent of the time says alot about what we can expect from Kerry when it comes to his position on terror--not to mention a 100 percent absentee record the entire 12 months following the first Trade Center bombing. Is this what he means when he says a "more sensitive and thoughtful approach to the war on terror?"
Call me a bully, but I'm thinking that those that blow themselves up in the name of terror aren't clear on the definition or sincerity of "sensitivity or thoughtfulness." No thanks!

However, if the scenario of Kerry winning the electoral vote and Bush winning the popular vote comes to pass, it's going to be a wonderful 4 years hearing Republicans whine.
Why would Republicans whine? Unlike the Democrats, most, if not all, understand how this country elects its Presidents. It's not about the popular vote. And it never should be.
I feel if Bush wants to see 4 more years, they better muzzle Cheney. His scare tactics that you will not be safe if a democrate is elected is ludicrous
I believe that once the lies and rhetoric from the Bush campaign are analyzed, that Kerry is the only choice. I am offended that the Bush/Cheney ticket is linking 9/11 with the decision to invade Iraq. I don't trust Bush to be honest with anything, if he uses our emotion connected to 9/11 to promote a war based (on best) lousy intelligence or (more likely) lies or (even more likely) oil interests. And Bush's failure to show up for duty in a NON-COMBAT role makes him a better choice? And this coupled with Cheney's 5 deferments and unwillingness to defend our country at all? I think that John Kerry's TWO tours of duty speaks for itself. I do agree that neither candidate's military service entitles them to be president, but it does reflect their character.

Well look who's here. Where have you been hiding, DMan? The debates around here just didn't feel right without you. Nice to see you back.
Enough of that. If you think Republicans aren't going to whine if the 2000 situation is reversed, you're dreaming..................Or
have been on the mother ship during your absence.
