Hi,
We've been looking around for our trip in January 09 and it definiterly works out cheaper for us by booking travel with Eurotunnel and then with Disneylandparis.co.uk for the hotel separately. We saved a few hundred pounds compared to the Thomas Cook brochure!

First time we went, we booked with Cresta. Then 2nd time round, booked direct (Disney & Eurostar separately here too) and it worked out slightly cheaper. For our next trip, we have also booked direct.

It will be our 1st trip and we booked with 'Thomas Cook Direct'' and NEVER AGAIN!!!

We have experienced:

Poor customer Service
Staff are not helpful or reliable and do not have a clue what they are doing!
Poor communication
Only care about grabbing your money!!!!

Next time will definately book with Disney Direct as i have heard very good reviews of their prices and customer service :thumbsup2

We have been with Leger, and have booked with them again.... We use a site called www.coachholidays.com to get some decent deals on the coach trips.

We book direct with Disney but the advantage of booking Eurostar through Disney, rather than separately, is that you get your park tickets on the train and they take your luggage to your hotel for you, so you can go straight to the park as soon as you get off the train, rather than having to go to your hotel, waiting until check-in time and then going back to the park (the station is right next to the park, in case you didn't know). We booked Eurostar separately last time and it was really annoying to see everyone else going straight to the park whilst we had to go and sort out our luggage/hotel first!

we book direct too and included the flights in the package and children under 12 go free for our dates

I have either booked with Disney through First Choice or through Disney themselves and added the Eurostar seperatly.
Always works out cheaper for me than anywhere else i have seen.

This time round we've done our booking direct; we used the DLP website for booking the hotel (Davy Crockett) and then we'll book the Eurotunnel direct through their website.

In the past though, we've booked various parts through airmiles if we've got enough points or the bank, which is often cheaper when the official DLP site don't have a discount.

Are you talking about Disney Express service? That is separately to the train ticket and you need to pay for the service.
