Who do I email to complain/report an issue?

It's not much of a complaint, more a precaution I feel Disney should be aware of!

I forgot about this for a while then remembered I wanted to report this. In 2 restaurants due to poor labeling of buffet foods I had an allergic reaction - as I am allergic to all kinds of fish/shellfish.

I just wondered where I should report this as I could have avoided this had the items been correctly labelled. One was even labelled 'tomato pasta salad' yet it contained prawns

Before you say didn't you see them well...they were kind of hidden inside the pasta and it only takes one bite to trigger a reaction!

Didn't put me off going though nothing would!

Glad to hear you managed to avoid the fish at the buffets. My mother-in-law is the same. She only has to see a prawn and comes out in a rash.

i dont have an allergic reaction but i do hate fish and i find it hard to see which starters at the buffets have fish in them. i do think they should label their item better

Well it's very important as some people ( my mum and myself included) can have a very very severe reaction!

Its definitely worth pointing this out to them but to be honest if you have severe allergic reactions I wouldnt recomend buffet restaurants at all as several times Ive seen people move the serving utensils from one dish of food to another - so you could completely avoid the bowl of salad with prawns in it as the label has been added only to find that that spoon from there has been moved into the bowl you get your food from- so be careful

I am usually ok with most things, my allergies are far less severe than they were..but if I were to go with my Mum as im hoping to soon I would definitely not let her go any where near the buffets which is such a shame
Have to be careful. I know I should be careful myself but I just thought disney could be a *little* better with it - esp things like that that were poorly labelled
