Hello,
What started out as a simple request to guest services has spiraled into me slowly losing respect for the Disney Company. I won't bore you with the details but I am asking for some help before all of the magic is lost for me.
Due to guest services ignoring my request, I made a complaint via e-mail to Disney Guest Experiences Department. Now, I am being ignored by the Guest Experiences dept even though they had promised me multiple times that the person handling my case would contact me as soon as he or she was finished speaking with another caller.
My question is this: Who do I elevate my issue to now that I have been ignored by Guest Services and the Guest Experiences Department? I really don't want to lose my love for Disney but this is really trying my patience.
