Who delivers the Magic Bands?

USPS? Fed Ex? UPS?

Mine have said they're being personalized for a week and a half now and I know sometimes it won't update before it's delivered.

But if it's something that UPS delivers I need to be sure to keep an eye out daily. We have horrible UPS drivers around here and despite our house having our numbers on the mailbox AND next to the front door, they continue to leave packages next to our fence leading to the backyard. They do this even when there are 3 cars in the driveway, and they NEVER knock on the damn door. I learned my lesson when they left a package my MIL had sent next to the fence, in a 2 day rain storm. I had no idea there was even a package there until I took out the trash! So, basically if I know something is being delivered UPS I have to act neurotic and look out of the window all day long. I've even spoke to them and asked so nicely to PLEASE come to our door and PLEASE knock.

you can sign up for UPS My Choice to track your MBs. I did back in October 2013 to track mine. I still get e-mails every time something is shipped to my address, or delivered or has a status change. I thought it was only free for a year when I signed up but still getting those e-mails.

Definitely sign up for mychoice. I've had to renew it a couple times but it's free.

I think I've only gotten our bands via usps.

That said, the messaging you are seeing could mean they are stuck though. I'd call and be sure.

We're 23 days out still, do you think it's too early to be worried about the Magic Bands? I would totally call! I just don't want to seem like a crazy person! What do they get stuck on?

We are right there with you about the bands. Our last to customize was dec. 30th. There is something mentioned on the website about it taking longer to process due to holidays. There is a good possibility that they are back up from Christmas and new year. I'm going to wait till the end of next week to call them myself to find out what's going on.

We got ours around the 21 day mark. Leaving in 13 days. Wahoo!!!

Mine were USPS as well.

We leave the 27th and we haven't gotten out bands yet, they just shipped. Called about them last week and they said they have been having problems fulfilling orders for magic bands. The cm said disney is having a hard time keeping up with the orders and so orders are magically disappearing from the fulfillment a centers database that's why they get stuck in "act fast shipping soon" and "being customized".

For our Feb trip they came through UPS for our Nov trip they came through USPS.
