Who can I write to about customer service at WL?

We recently completed a two-week stay at WLV and everything was nice except the way the WL staff treated us at check-in and storing our luggage. I would like to write to the manager at WL, does anyone have the contact information?

Yes, there is someone who was mentioned on these board awhile back. I think her name was Jackie Lueders. I will see if I can find it in a search.

You might want to contact Member Services - via email or a phone call - & ask who is the General Manager at VWL. Personally I would try to contact the GM of the resort first.

JudithM was nice enough to help me get in touch with the right people when I had problems at VWL about 2 years ago. Jackie called me personally within a few days. However, unfortunately I never got any acknowledgement from the manager of the resort. Several weeks later, the front desk manager called me-but she called me because my letter to Jackie had been forwarded to her. I don't know if Ruben (I think that was the manager of the resort, don't remember his last name) ever received my letter, if he did he certainly never acknowledged it. I would suggest you definitely contact Jackie.
