who books through Dreams Unlimited?

I just booked a trip through DU this my 9th trip to Disney but never used a TA . Im coming up on 180 day mark next week. What should I expect them to do ? What should I do myself?
So far all ive done is booked room only paid deposit and filled out a the questionaire. that was Thur. I know they are very busy and mine is a long time away but when should i expect to hear from them?

BTW Sue Ellen was assigned to me Ive read shes great

Don't assume. Communicate what you want to do - or what you want them to do - with them.

Travel Agents provide a service - how much of that service you use is completely up to you.

About a week before I hit the 180 day mark, my DU agent emailed me to remind me to let her know what ADR's I wanted. If you don't want to wait for a reminder, just email Sue Ellen a list of the ADR's you'd like, and she'll note them in your temporary itinerary and call them in at 180 days. Then she'll probably let you know when they're all officially booked and in the itinerary.

What I do is put together a list of ADR's that I'd like with approximate times. DU then takes the list and does all the work. I get back a list of days and times and then we work from there with making any changes! I've used DU for 3 trips now and they really are great - I've had the same person working with us each time (at my request). Beth - if you are out there reading this you're great!!!!!

Lucky you, getting Sue Ellen! We had her for our Jan trip - she is awesome!

We booked through Dreams Unlimited and had a wonderful experience. Any questions I had I would email my TA and she would answer promptly. We just returned from our trip and it went very smoothly. Hope you have a great time on your trip and I agree with everyone else. Go ahead and make any ADR's you will want.
