Who books excursions - TA or you?

I know that I can't make payments through the Disney website because I went through a T.A. to book my cruise, but what about excursions when the 60 day mark is up? Does the T.A. have to do that also, or can I do it through the Disney website myself?

You do it yourself, but you must call or fax your request. I chose to call and speak to someone. The number is provided on the website.

My TA offered to do it, but you can do it yourself. Since I constantly change my mind, I'll probably just do it myself!
