Who are the major resalers?

I've seen people refer to 3 or 4 major DVC resalers. Who are they?

Timeshare Store, Fidelity, and who else? Thanks!

I would say there are 4 Timeshare store - never used but hear great things. Fidelity Loved working with them bought (vero)
**** - would recomend (bought our ssr)
resalebydvc.com Have a friend that buys from them and they have cool utube videos.

Like I said, all four are great which is good for buyers like us

So do they sell better is you have lots of points in your use year? WE have wondering about selling, and haven't used them in awhile. So do we go on a trip and use some, or would they sell faster with more points not used

Contracts with banked and unused points will always be more attractive to potential buyers but, in some cases, attractively priced contracts will sell regardless how many banked points are available.

"Stripped" contracts (with no banked or current points and even with points already borrowed from the next Use Year) are typically the least attractive, but can still easily sell of they have been priced accordingly.

I just have points that have been banked from last year, and this years points I haven't used. I haven't even thought about next years points yet. So to have almost 400 not used, and I need to do something with them or sell them I guess.

We used The Time Share store and were very happy. Like buying a house through a realtor some deals are good and some go bad. If you search DVC for sale you will find some small co selling also. We bought through them also and no problem.
