How so?? I do NOT take credit for the song, idea or any of that, the only thing is the game. I DO use the song in the game, but its not mine and i make that very clear.

I will never charge for the game, but i guess you are right.

As for now ill put it back on the drawing board, change the music and some sprits and re release it.

You don't have the rights to the song. Thats where the copyright infringements come in.

OH! ok so if i make a ( crappy) midi it on my keyboard, or use the Ridin midi i have will that make it ok of should i just go back to the orriginal idea of monkey avoiding hunters

idk ill think about it. A few minits ago i got majorly mad when i learned i could have returned to poodle hat CD i ordered, had it not been opened. And i deleted any files of Al i had on my PC. I have the game sprits still but most of it is gone. ( PC works better than ever though lol)
