Whispreing Canyon Cafe~Lunch or Dinner?

I noticed that that all-you-can-eat lunch is only $13.99 where the same thing for dinner is $21.99. I was wondering if lunch was as entertaining as dinner? We have never been and I must say that had it not been for the DISboards that I probably wouldn't have even known it existed. (Along with many other things I have learned here) But does it make a difference if you go for lunch rather than dinner? I thought that my husband and kids would get a kick out of the shananigans that I have read about.(I will too as I am the only one that really knows!!) Any info would be greatly appreciated. TIA

While the lunch price IS cheaper and a much better value-- they dont do nearly as much in the area of games and goofy things during the lunch meal that they do doing dinner---

At night-- they make it BIG deal and it is a production-- at lunch, even though the money is better--- they do SOME things but it is not as large scale---

I had lunch here for the first time on my last trip and was very pleased. Yes, they do all of the jokes & stuff at lunch. Plus, I did not find it overly packed (got the 1st PS which is at noon).

Sorry Terk~we must have been posting at the same time.Now that I think about it, I think that with the all-you-can-eat menu, our family would enjoy it more at dinnertime anyway. Thanks for the response.

We had so much fun here.....we ate dinner there on Saturday night, 10/23. I didn't make PS's however we left POFQ and got there before 5, so we were there when they opened.

It was loud, fun and crazy. My son, who is 3, was kind of scared of all the yelling, however we thought it was a riot. I think the $21.99 for dinner is reasonable. It would be a lot of food for lunch, so I think early dinner is your best bet. Enjoy and have fun!
