We are going for the first time during our Sept trip. Now I see there are other items on the menu besides the skillet. So, if one person has the skillet can everyone else order off the menu or at least the kids? Also, is the skillet all inclusive or do you get to order an appetizer and dessert. (we are on the dinning plan). Thanks :cool1:

Great thread, DH and I just looked at the menu last night and while he said he wanted the skillet I was definately thinking of ordering the steak.

You guys have got to try the Apple glazed pork chops , They are the best thing there if you dont get the skillet .

The way I understand it is each person orders seperately. So, one can get the skillet and others can get regular entrees.

No, you do not get a seperate appetizer, since you already get a salad which counts as your appetizer. You DO however get your choice of desserts.

Yes, one person can order the skillet and the other member(s) of the group can order entrees of the menu.

take the post about the pork chops very very seriously:).....they were the best pc i ever ate..hubby wasn't so thrilled with the skillet and kept eyeing my pcs ( i broke down and gave him one as i was too full anyway)..usually hubby is the PC fan and i get seafood but these were great! Breakfast skillet on the other hand is really good and only about $10 ( cheapish for sit down all you can eat disney style)

Thanks everyone! Now I really can't wait to go there and maybe have some porkchops!!!!

We just returned this weekend and my husband and I had the skillet while children ordered off menu. The appetizer is included with the skillet (salad) and you can not order an additional appetizer since salad is included. The desert was ordered separate. The children order appetizers of their choosing when ordering off menu. We had a lot of fun at this restaurant and it's on the MUST DO list for any future trips. Have a great time!

Could my DH and I share the skillet if we chose to?

I do not eat much...

TIA!

CMs do not really say anything if they see you pick off of the skillet, They could(should). But if you really want the skillet you should order it as well. If you dont eat much just order something small.

I would think if you did not order your own meal and ate out of his skillet (basicly shared his meal and meant they refilled it more than normal), they would say something. I know you cannot share a plate at buffets, and this is sort of along those lines. However, if you are just tasting what he is eating, I cannot see how that would be a problem.

because i hate the idea of paying for a buffet for the kids because the eat next to nothing...but after paying for a meal and a milkshake it would be the same price..
