Whispering Canyon Cafe - What Else Besides the Skillet?

OK, we're done with the skillet. But the lure of WCC is calling us back. What else is good for supper at the Canyon? Here's what I see on the menu that might be good for us.
Country Pot Roast
Griddled Home Style Meatloaf
Whiskey Maple-Glazed Trout
Grilled NY Strip Steak

DH and I really enjoyed our meal at WCC in July. I had the pot roast:

And DH had the meatloaf:

We've had the pot roast before and enjoyed it. My brother likes the trout. I used to get the rib-eye when they had that, but I'll probably get the pot roast now.

We have an ADR there for our next trip. I want to see what the WL looks like for one thing. And, shhhh, don't tell, I thought the desserts looked really good...

I had the trout last year; it was OK although I thought nothing special.

Actually I had about half the trout. DD had ordered the penne pasta dish and really disliked it, so we ended up trading. I didn't think there was anything wrong with her pasta; again, it was just sort of......average.

My mother got the Pot Roast and my father got the Strip. They both really Loved their meals.
