1. Cellphone - instant communication with loved ones in many different forms no matter how close or far away they are.
2. CGM & Insulin pods/pumps- what a huge improvement for diabetics. It's a total game changer!
3. GPS- so I can find what I am looking for since I am directionally challenged and afraid of being lost and stranded.

George Lucas technical skills to take his crew out into the algodonse dunes for some wildlife photography of the elusive Sarlacc... this fortress is what is left of the rebellion and a watchful eye for the Sarlacc which is beyond the geological features to the right.... and those clouds...are pouring!!!!!!!!!

Evening all!

1. Smart watch - as mentioned a few times before, this is a necessity for me for tracking my health & fitness, as well as alarms, reminders and anything incoming.

2. Phone - like everyone else, I couldn't be without and it's a lifesaver now when travelling especially and having everything electronically.

3. Android Auto - or any smart vehicle features that allow you to use Google maps, Spotify etc especially via Bluetooth and without a wired connection. Gone are the days when I have to plug an iPod in to my car or make mix CDs.

Grateful for pretty much all that have been said, so I am going to try and come up with some others...

On The Go Run Map - I use this site on nearly a daily basis either to map out walks in advance or see just how far I went so I can calculate pace, steps, etc. I've had smart watches that are supposed to do this but they're either inaccurate or take too long to connect to get a proper read. This tool has been so much better for me to get a legitimate picture of what I'm doing or options for what I want to do.

Weather Aps - I used them multiple times per day for everything from projected temps and precip to things like live radar, warnings, humidity levels, and travel needs.

Digital cameras - This could be anything from a standalone camera to the one on your phone or computer. I recently looked back on my pics from a trip to Europe back in 2000 and wonder what kind of memories I could have salvaged if I wasn't limited to the rolls of film in my bag. Instead of a few hundred pics with no chance of correction, I could have had thousands with all kinds of do-over options and easily justified extras to try different angles and lighting.

For 2 years I have been Ray Bradbury Margot and today it happened Christmas 2023 was the last time... the drought is over and there is nothing dangerous in these photos...it is controlled and a blessing as this flash flood water will go to Mexico reservoirs as we steal Colorado River water from them. The will thrive again..if not the rain is not on time
