Whispering Canyon Cafe or Boma for breakfast?

My family is going to Disney in May. It's me, my DH, and our son who will be 18 months. We were originally going to stay at Coronado Springs. I booked a Boma breakfast for our AK day. With the release of the spring discounts today, I switched to Wilderness Lodge instead. Would it be better to switch our breakfast to Whispering Canyon? I've never eaten at either of these restaurants and would like to do an onsite breakfast. We will have our car, so transport is not an issue. Any thoughts??

We enjoy the breakfast at both. With you staying at WL, a breakfast at WC would certainly be easier, without having to make the extra stop.

Ive never had breakfast at Whispering Canyon, but I've eaten at Boma for breakfast several times and it is an excellent buffet. I think it may be the best breakfast buffet on property and I base that on our personal experiences as well as what other frequent visitors have said. Boma offers a wide variety of options to choose including made to order ommeletts, many standard American breakfast foods like bacon, sausage, eggs, hot and cold cereals, carved meats, to African cultural food for the more adventurous palette. The pastry selection is fantastic. Of course there are Mickey and Simba waffles too. Boma breakfast has become a must do for us each time we visit. If you have the time and don't mind traveling from Wilderness to AKL, Boma will not disappoint.

ITA. We finally stayed at WL this trip and didn't even do breakfast at WC. It's good, but if I didn't have anywhere to be early one morning, I'd pick Boma hands down. It's fantastic.
