I have to let you know we went there on New Year's Eve. We made it there after going to Fort Wilderness instead of WL in the rain and taking a bus. We all arrived wet but still happy to be there. 15 of us arrived.. Most of us had the all you can eat for 22.99. I didn't find it earth shattering. It was OK. The best part was the Pulled Pork. The problem we did have is that they ran out of ribs. (All you can eat?) the waitress told us they "were out is was New years eve you know" 15y/0 kids want ribs. End of story. I thought this isn't the Disney answer I wanted to hear.
Then trying to leave in the horrible rain, we went to Valet and after a 45min wait the let us know they lost our Keys. We were still in good spirits and laughing. The manager Jeff came out and profusly apologized. We also told him about our dinner experience. They gave us a ride to our Hotel in a Disney van and told us to come back in the am in a taxi and of course they would pay for it. They would have the keys by then. We went in the AM and of course they found the keys. Jeff was there again and very, very nice. He then comped us for our dinner that evening for the 5 of us. Now that was a Disney answer. I was impressed and I just want to let everyone know the spirit is still alive there although slow for some. All in all our trip was wonderful. We spent the money at Fulton's Crab house and couldn't have asked for a better meal or service. Thomas was our service and he was fantastic!
