Whirlpools

I see that there are whirlpools at the adult pool area. Are they relaxing and heated?

If I remember right one is heated and one is not. Just being on the ship is relaxing.

Very heated & very clorinated. It bothered my eyes a bit. Definantly don't go in them with a special new swim suit or it will probably fade a bit.

Definitely very chlorinated, but heated is questionable. Sometimes they are hot, but most times its more like tepid. Still much warmer than the pool, tho'! A good stint in one of the adult hot tubs is the way we traditionally kick off our Disney cruises on embarkation day.

It's a good thing they are very chlorinated - public whirlpools (and swimming pools) are a veritable petri dish for germs....

I agree...I'd rather have it sanitary and chlorinated! We have learned to bring old swimwear because we spend so much time in there. A long time ago, before, we learned to do that, hubby had a brand-new pair of navy swim trunks, and by the end of the cruise they had literally faded to orange! How they ended up orange is still a mystery to me...you'd think they would just fade to light blue, as my purple shorts faded to a tie-dyed pinkish purple.
