It was going to cost me another $150 to get my A300 fixed...I just saved that money and am buying a new camera...just haven't decided which one (it is a toss up between the A57 and A65)

Sounds like it's time to save up some money for a new camera.

My 300D died last september. Bought a 60D to replace it. Love my new camera.
