So with packing up boxes and things to get ready and move, my husband and I are trying to figure out what tents we want to use. Now when we were supposed to go last year we found this tent

089W176709110001-1

Now when we got this tent I had found it at sears and said to my DH we should go and get it, when we went to sears they had it at clearance.... well the clearance price was 17.95 from a price of 154. Well we bought both of them, Now we had set them up out in our front yard and played around with them and they have held up okay the one is starting to get a tiny hole in the corner can be fixed I guess. the tent is 15x11 and we would set them both up one for us to sleep in and one for us to use as storage while we are there.

But I was thinking about purchasing this other tent. This is a costumer review the other picture was to small.

This one is 17x14 and I just really like the extra room.

We also already have our screen room it has two zipper doors in it.

What I would like to do if we kept our original tents is set it up with both of the entrances kind of in the screen room but then I wouldn't really have a way out does any of this makes sense or do I sound stupid lol hopefully someone can understand my thinking and can help me lol

So which one would you pick? Or should I just stop second guessing and keep our original ones.

One thing to be careful of when you place tents close together like I think you mean is if it rains, you can end up with a lot of water between the tents. Happened to me once at the beach.

I didn't think about the whole water thing I guess I wont be able to put them that close together then.

I have something similar to the BassPro Shops tent mentioned. It is based on a 12X12 pop-up canopy, with a "real" tent suspended underneath, not just stick-on walls. Got it from Dick's Sporting Goods, but I dont think it sold anymore.

Anyways, the room is great, you can do jumping jacks. Cover the screen interior roof and you can heat it quite effectively {cover not part of the kit, I used a silver tarp with a small hole cut in the middle}

If you can find a tent like that BPS unit for $125, I'd jump on it FAST! My rig cost about $190.
