Which would you chose?

POFQ vs. Coranado. It's for a weekend trip, CS is $5 more.

We're only doing one park day. The rest will be spent at the pool or DTD.

Thoughts?

I would pick POFQ, proximity to DTD with no need to park there, you have 2 full resorts to explore...nice shady pools....

POFQ has the boat to DTD doesn't it?

If you plan on spending a lot of time at Downtown Disney, then POFQ. If you plan more pool time / resort time, CSR. CSR has a much nicer pool and hot tub. It also has far more places to eat on property than POFQ which only has the one food court.

For this trip, POFQ sounds like a better fit. I love both resorts, but having the boat option for DTD is a major plus, especially now with all the construction and traffic going on.

A bonus is you also get to use pools at POR if you are at POFQ, so that sounds like the best bet along with the boat to DTD!

I love POFQ, it's proximity to DTD and POR. It has good bus line locations at the parks. It's a great little resort and it takes something else for me not to stay there.

POFQ - small, quaint with the ability to use POR amenities too. Boat to DTD is a bonus. Love the jazz music that plays outside and the cobblestone streets.

Another vote for POFQ. Stayed there many times and loved it! Stayed at Coronado and I really didn't care for it. Beautiful resort just not for me.

Coronado would be my preferred resort for a normal Disney trip but for what you described I would go with POFQ. The proximity to DTD is what would make me choose it.

I haven't stayed at either, but have visited POFQ when we stayed at POR. I say definitely POFQ for the boat to DTD!
