Which would you choose?

Also the walls at GF seemed unusally thin. We were on the 3rd floor near the atrium in Sago Cay and could hear every time someone came in through the main entrance 3 floors below. We could also hear the TV in the room next to us. It was very distracting for our DS3. He had a hard time falling asleep there.

that is the first time i have heard this complaint! we didn't have any issues w/ noise at all. it was soooooooooooooo quiet!! but we weren't in Sago Cay. maybe it's just that building?? we're going back to GF in january. maybe i should request not to be in that building!

Definitely GF. It money is not an issue GF rooms are larger than WL rooms and the transportation is a little better. I would never pick CR because it is "too modern and too sterile" for me. ALso, after the rehab it will be better but right now the room theming is hideous to me. I also think the GF is much more kid friendly than people think. All of the kids activities are held there and my kids have a ball there.

I've never stayed at any but I would chose GF. I've walked over from my stays at the Poly and it is lovely. I've read negative reviews of the pool at CR and some of the wing rooms can be a long walk to the lobby but I'm sure that might be the case at WL and GF too.

I would choose the Grand Floridian or Contemporary. With children, you would not believe how conveniant that monorail can be. As for rooms, Grand Floridian rooms can't be beat, in size and decor. Like someone mentioned before, Contemporary has Chef Mickey's, which many consider a must when traveling with children. But Grand Floridian has 1900 Park Fare, which has a lovely character breakfast and dinner. Wilderness Lodge, in my opinion, is good for a visit to Artist Point, or Whispering Canyon Cafe. The rooms are small, and the transportation a little more difficult than the other two resorts you mentioned.
Enjoy your trip no matter where you decide to stay!!

Grand Floridian, followed very closely by the Wilderness Lodge. Never stayed at the Contemporary so my rankings could change if I did.

I would pick GF, then WL, and CR wouldn't be in the running for me. It just seems so cold for some reason. Which I've never been inside of it yet but will this Sept for CM.
