DH and I were going to go to WDW for a few days in January. Now I'm thinking...maybe we'll do a three day cruise instead. We have been to WDW many, many times and we did a 7 day cruise last October. We are going on another 7 day cruise this October and back to WDW in December 2005 for a week or so. (These two trips are with a lot of family and friends, but in January it would just be the two of us). I am curious as to which of the two you would do?

I vote for the cruise. IMHO you can never get enough of the Mickey boats, as my DSD4 calls them.

Let's see...WALKING at WDW....:( :sad2: :faint:
OR...
R e l a x i n g ...on the ship ...:cheer2:  :boat:

Seems like a no brainer to me.

A slightly different opinion....

I would choose WDW.
Hubby and I took a 7 day cruise in 2001 and it was the best most relaxing vacation we have ever taken.
Then as a part of a big two week trip to Orlando in 2002 we did a 3-day cruise.
We found the 3 day to be disappointing. We loved the 7 day, the days at sea, getting to know our table mates, servers, etc.
But the 3-day left us feeling like we missed out on something.
The best I can do to explain it is on the 7-day you really start to feel like your cabin is home...you belong on the ship.
On the 3-day your just visiting. Its not enough time to get into a routine.
For us the 3 day just isn't long enough. Until we are able to cruise more often (we can only aspire to be like inkkognito ;) ) we are sticking to 7-day or longer cruises.

Since you posted on the cruise board I can only think you have already answered your own question. :D Go for the cruise!
Could you go for a 4 day? They don't seem as rushed as the 3 day ones.
