Which will result in the lower room rate?

I have seen different answers to the following question, from other sources, so I thought I'd try it here ...

Which results in a lower room rate at a Walt Disney World resort?
Being a Florida resident, OR being an annual passholder?

It depends.

Many times I've seen the discount rates identical to the penny.

Usually if one is less, it is the AP rate.

The current discounts from Mousesavers:

AP:

Travel dates: 4/23/06-6/3/06. Discounts are $25 off Value resorts, $40 off Moderate resorts and $100 off Deluxe resorts. Book by 6/3/06. Use code EZN.

I believe recently, they've been pretty much identical.

And of course, if you're not already an AP holder, the FL resident rate would likely be MUCH cheaper, as you don't have to buy that AP!

Thanks for the Info. I appreciate the exacts quotes. I thought they were close, but didn't realize how close. I do have an annual pass, but never knew which to request when booking a room.
